University engages in disciplinary action
    The University of Lethbridge’s disciplinary action against Robinson for the onebananashort.org website.

November 1, 2007

University orders web host to remove Robinson’s material
    Lawyers for the University of Lethbridge Board of Governors, President, Vice-President, Chair and Vice-Chair have approached the host of the onebananashort.org website, demanding that the web host remove material from the onebananashort.org site.




November 15, 2007

From Dean to President to Vice-President
    The Dean has recommended to President that Robinson be disciplined by a two-months suspension without pay. The President hands the case to the Vice-President Academic.



December 11, 2007

ALL CHARGES DROPPED AGAINST ROBINSON
    In a letter of December 11, 2007, the Vice president Academic has informed Robinson that he has decided “to drop all charges pertaining to the disciplinary action” that had been brought against Robinson.
